Warranty

All items sold by CETmiami, Inc. are covered by limited warranty. Warranty period may vary to a longer or shorter term, based on manufacturers warranty policies.

Product Returns

All product return requires RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). If you have goods that qualify for product return, please either complete the RMA request forms that you can download from CET Miami, Inc. web-site, under Terms & Conditions, then RMA, or call the CET Miami, Inc. RMA department at (305) 436-5887 and request the RMA number. You will need to provide some information in order to receive RMA number, please fill out the RMA form. Returns will be accepted only for defective merchandise or up to 7 days on DOA (Dead On Arrival). We recommend you to be sure that all items are defective prior to asking for RMA number. Do not send merchandise that you assume not to be working. Before you claim a RMA number, verify if all cables and connections are properly attached; check for the drivers (if applicable) if they are correctly installed and have no conflicts. Every item returned must be send in the original box or at least in an adequate and safe packing, including manuals, accessories, CDs or diskettes. All returned items will be tested and any returned item tested at CET Miami, Inc. RMA Department and found to be in perfect working condition, will be sent back to the sender, with collect freight, COD, with an invoice of US$25.00 FOR EACH NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM to cover handling and labor hours. All products returned to us without an RMA number clearly written and outlined on the outside of the package will be refused. RMA returns must be sent with freight prepaid. All RMA returns sent freight collect will be refused. If a defective item is returned, it will either be replaced or a credit will be issued. Credit will be issued at current market price for that item and not necessarily at the original purchase price. We do not offer cash refunds. We do not support stock balancing/rotation and all requests for stock balancing returns will be declined. We do not guarantee compatibility unless specifically stated. Please be aware of what you are purchasing prior to purchasing it. All working items returned as a result of compatibility problems or misplacing order will be charged a restocking fee of US$30.00.

Payment Methods

Payment terms are:
• COD/Certified Check/Cashier`s Check.
• Pre-payment can be done with regular company check. We do not hold shipments until checks have cleared; goods are shipped upon immediate receipt of company check as long as check has company information pre-printed on it. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of US$20.00 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed. CET Miami, Inc. may and will send for collection all returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges and attorney fees.
• Credit Card. We are pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. There are surcharges of 3% for Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery and 4% for using American Express!
• Wire Transfer.

Errors will be corrected if any, where and when noticed, and CET Miami, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, CET Miami, Inc. will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. CET Miami, Inc. is not responsible for miss-printed information either through the fault being the client’s responsibility or CET Miami, Inc. fault.
